Complaint Review: Phoenix Sofa Factory

Phoenix Sofa Factory Whitney is the owner per an employee. I purchased a sofa and two bar stools on-line so when we arrived in Phoenix from Florida we would have something to sit on. Bar stools fine looked just like the photo. Sofa was not saddle in color thus refused it...then Whitney sent me a photo of new sofa being made for me and I accepted it as the color was a light tan to match other furnishings I had ordered. When it arrived it didn't come inside a box like the first one if was wrapped in clear plastic and was the SAME COLOR and SOFA as the first one. I refused it. It is now at the Phoenix Sofa Factory and Whitney says we own it as pictures are not always the same color as item. Phoenix Arizona

I have photo's of the sofa from Whitney to my email and the original is on-line called saddle sectional. They were not close to the color shown on-line or on my email. I sent the sofa's back to the Phoenix Sofa Factory and asked for a refund to my credit card. Whitney refused and said we now OWN the sofa. She said the colors differ from on-line to actual item! I have tan/saddle colored print Ottoman and chair to go with the sofa and the BROWN?GREY color does not come close to matching my furniture. We are elderly and moved here from Florida and had no sofa for two weeks due to this issue! It saddens me that a store can be so deceptive as I purchased several things on-line and they all looked like what I ordered. I think this was out and out fraud and we have alerted the credit card company but Whitney has our money and the sofa!
