Phoenix Storage and Shipping, Jihad(Jay) Bey, is a scammer. Didn't get my Paid Receipt days after purchase and never got Release No. for the container until I called several times. Container was not the level of container I requested and was told it would be. I think this guy works out of his car or basement. Not very reputable.
