I purchased DriveAgent and Registry Wizard from Phoenix Techologies and was issued an Order Number of 538478 to me on January 5, 2009. When I first asked for a full refund, then I was given a RMA of 61121. After the amount of time had passed (10 days) from the date of issue (??), once again I requested a full refund on January 2, 2009. My request went unanswered and no refund was issued to me.

On January 17 2009, I once again requested a refund when I didn't hear from the company and still saw no refund issued. This time, my email message bounced and didn't even go through to the company!

At this point, I am totally disgusted and KNOW I have been ripped off as some other consumers. If it were up to me, this disreputable and dishonest company would be put out of business permanently for ripping consumers off of their money when they unwittingly purchase one or more products from them.

Just how many bogus or scam companies is the Internet flooded with these days?
Too many to count is my answer.
