Phone-jammer.com Took money, gives conflicting status and then stops responding-never received product Internet

I placed an order and a few days later asked for a status. After 2 days received a status that order was shipped and I would receive tracking info within 48 hrs. 3 days later I asked for tracking info, and requested again 2 days after that. They finally replied that it was tied up in customs and should clear in 2 days, and they had no tracking info. I waited 3 days and then sent a message, followed by another 2 days later, followed by another 2 days later and no reply.
It has been just under 4 weeks and no reply, no order, no tracking info. Just filed a claim with Paypal, and, under the circumstances, immediately escalated to a complaint.
