I bought a cell phone from Felix at phone geeks Miami the  wifi signal did not work on the phone and the phone hung up when I made calls and the home button did not work properly on this I phone he told me I had a guarantee and would come to me never came I waited for days and got upset so I wrote a bad review he saw the review was completely unprofessional called me and instead of trying to resolve the issue said in with a attitude and confronting manner that he would just come and give my money back I'm still waiting for him they might have good prices but trust me people there are lots of other good people in the area to do your work they suck preety bad and are not half as good as they say dont go to them there really dishonest and are slick thiefs

felix and the people at phone geeks are talented individuals who care about there customers i made a mistake it really was my fault in the end i was just being an ungrateful customer and he still resolved everything with me even after my post 90%of people out there wouldnt  even care he did he was there for me even after our issues he goes out of his way to make things rite he truly is a great individual again i want to apologize to the company you guys are one in a million

We apoligize for your experience or inconvience you might have. We strive on customer service and have agreed to issue a full refund. We can see you know where our store is so you can stop by anytime return the device in the shape it was given at time of purchase for a refund. This is the only bad review we have recieved in the history of our company and we would like to make it right.
