Complaint Review: Phonesheriff

 Phonesheriff is a scam. It is not clear on their website that they need iPhones to be jail broken to use their product. When you purchase, there is no disclaimer stating iPhones should be jailbroken. They give instructions on installation including websites to jail break a phone. First of all, the current version of iPhones 9.3.3 cannot be jailbroken at all. Second, I should not have to put my phone at risk to use their software. They said it was in the compatibility section on their website. However, it is not obvious and it clearly says iPhones are compatible. You have to click on the iPhone section to find that the phone must be jailbroken. They don't have a support number or anything, and the only way to communicate is via chat on their website. I asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. They said I should have searched around the website first before ordering. I told them it is not shown before purchasing their product. They don't have any management or supervisors to contact. The employee actually banned me from being able to chat them anymore. There is not a way to contact them or get your money back. They are a scam. Stay away!
