Complaint Review: Phonezoo Ringers

i followed a recommendation that suggested a legitimate free ringtone service phonezoo.com....when i searched for it on goole i got phonezoo so i clicked the link...well its NOT phonezoo..its a company that changed the name JUST enough to trick you. well not knowing i put in my phone number and the conf. code i was sent in a text message. then im advised its 10 dollars a month ....so as advised in the text i reply stop to cancel. only im STILL charged the 10 bucks. so i send a text...explaining this is the wrong website...i didnt download any content and IMMEDIATELY cancelled ...i got a text that said i was cancelled without any charges.....funny thats not what my cellphone balance shows. first thtey tirck you with their lookalike sound alike website TheN they don't notify you of charges until after you've entered your information....and although yes they do allow you to cancel...they KEEP ur money even when they see that you've just paid for something you havent received or used.
