Phoniex Closing Advisers Shady and Unwilling to communicate. Phoniex Arizona
Have called, faxed, emailed and sent letters about the business transaction that seemed upfront and honest to find out after the fact they wont even return a call or email. Have sent them in excess of 10000 to close a vacation time share and was promised a check for the unit which has not been recived. I beileve I have been a victum of a fraud.
The numbers and website are private numbers without being able to identify who they actually belong to, beware of this company. Will update as I research and have them incvestigated.
