Complaint Review: PHONIX INVESTMENT GROUP AUTO CONVERSION LOAN SCAM

PLEASE, do NOT have any dealings with these low life scumbag individuals. 

An individual who goes by the name Roger or Jeff (most likely an alias) approaches legit brokers and funding sources, or clients looking to do a auto-conversion loan. Beware of many ads he may place on craigslist. 

Get's clients to apply for auto-loans and after approval, instructs clients to send the bank draft or check to a dealer. He then get's the check cashed and the client receives NOTHING. The client is then left with the burden of paying a monthly car note on a loan he never received. I was stiffed of over $30,000

This low life scumbag uses several accomplices to stay hidden. His phone is most likely a disposable phone due to the fact his reception is always bad and he often calls blocked.
