Complaint Review: Photo-Checks.com

I ordered checks from this company. I was promised delivery 4-6 weeks. I received the checks 11 MONTHS later in spite of endless e-mails to the company telling them I could not wait any longer and requesting my money back.

Photo-Check insisted the checks were "on the way." By the time I received the checks, I already had gone through another order of checks from my bank and then changed my bank account.

I returned the checks. The company kept my money and never responded.
