FRAUD: UNIQUE GIFTS
PHOTO PLAYING CARDS

We ordered and PRE-PAID for a set of photo playing cards in July 2004. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my parents in Aug. I paid via paypal $76.00

I called 6 weeks after the order and Bob Buege said that I would get them within a week. I called and emailed after that and either got a busy signal on the phone or no reply to emails. It is now January 2005 and I STILL have NOT RECEIVED anything.

His website is up and active, but it is difficult because PayPal will only contest goods within 6 weeks of payment.

He is obviously taking payments on things but getting away with not sending anything in return. He even changes his website every so often. I've started legal action.
