I ordered Canon EOS Rebel T2i Camera Kit w/ EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens, on Monday, June 28, 2010. This item was listed on NexTag in PhotoVideoSuperstore as "In Stock" at the time of the order. It was listed as available item on PhotoVideoSuperstore web page, I called to PhotoVideoSuperstore and confirmed over the phone that this item is available, I was able to place my order, I received e-mail with the order confirmation from PhotoVideoSuperstore. I e-mailed to PhotoVideoSuperstore the reminded that they promised to ship the product and provide the tracking number within maximum of 48 business hours. On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, I got e-mail from PhotoVideoSuperstore that "the product is currently on backorder for 6-8 weeks". I verified that this product in this store still listed on NexTag as "In Stock", the product is still listed on PhotoVideoSuperstore web page as available, it can be added to the shopping cart and can be ordered. I called to PhotoVideoSuperstore and told them that I would like to verify the availability of this product - and I was told that this product is available! This is the direct violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act, direct deceive of the customers and the bait - and - switch fraud. I printed dated and timestamped web pages, showing that this item is available, and I am sending them together with my formal complaint to FTC and Attorney General.
