I ordered a printer online on March 17th. I phoned Photoking after placing the order and confirmed it the same day. I was told that the printer was a rebuilt unit (this wasn't known up front and only a minor issue).

After 10 days passed, I called checking on the status since my charge card was billed. I was put on hold several times and dropped several times. I spent well over an hour on the phone trying to get confirmation and a waybill.

When I finally spoke to someone they told me that the company that had the waybill had closed for the holidays! This is Wednesday afternoon, March 27th! I told the person I wanted to cancel my order and was told that their system was down and they couldn't cancel the order.

At that point I gave up on them. I called back again about 5 minutes later and was met with a message saying that Photoking was closed for the holidays!!! The people I spoke with during my attempts to find some information were very unprofessional and rude.

Their online system doesn't allow you to track your order. The only way I have any record of the transaction is that I copied the web page after placing my order....

This is one pathetic company that I predict will be out of business very soon. If they do manage to ship me the printer, I will be returning it. I am having my charge card company dispute the charge.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
