Stay far away,salesman must be all trained the same.I ordered a Nikon camera and specifically requested an american version, was told "certainly".
What I got was a gray model with a (J) code for Japan and a photo copied manuel.Called the salesman and was informed to call back the next bussiness day.
What I then got was a constant run around spent hours on hold in an attempt to get a return merchandise authorization code.
Finally sent the camera back insured and got a call back stating they want their five percent restocking fee and forty seven dollar S&H fee,or they will send me to collection and ruin my credit rating.
My question is if these characters are pulling this on so many people why are they allowed to be in bussiness? In a way isn't what they're doing fraud? I feel the last thing I need to be is terrorized.
