Photopoint AKA Pantellic Software Co....has done it again!!!
I use (or should I say used) Photopoint to hold 2000+ photos (and prices) for my
online business. They were so fast to ask for more money if I went over the 2000 limit - yet now my pictures and prices are gone. Chief Dave : I read your posting here and would like to be included in your class action suit. Please write me at sandystu@sprintmail.com so we can do something about this. If anyone has a phone number for Photopoint...please send it to me. I've tried to find it and cannot do it. I wrote to CNET.com where they had reported about this same problem back in July. I'm waiting for that reporter to write me back. I am so fed up....it isn't the money - it's the amount of work this will entail if I have to set up elsewhere.
They really should have told us all and given us a chance to make backups of all the information. I used them on ebay as well....not always but sometimes too. What can we do???
BTW Photopoint used to have an office in Nova Scotia, Canada (I think). So this company is not only in the USA. I know they also had an office in San Francisco. Any info that someone can send me to locate them...so I can actually speak to someone in charge - would be greatly appreciated.
