As per all other posts this is photopoints second outage without notice since initiating a pay-only service. The first time a vaguely apologetic letter was sent explaining the outage as a change in ownership (not an acceptable excuse as there's no reason the site would have to go down without notice to change owners).

Now, again, no notice, no alternate web page explaining the outage. No reply to efforts to contact Photopoint or Pantellic.

It is time for someone who knows how or who to contact to initiate a class action suit against Pantellic/Photopoint so we can move to another company. Damages should be part of the suit as many of us rely on the service for business purposes.

EDiotr's NOTE::

A class action is very costly. If the company is Bankrupt, there is no money to go after. The only way to get money out of them is to get them criminally if it could be proven they had the intent to defraud everyone. That might be hard to prove.
