I also became a member of photopoint.com and got the deluxe package to store all my photos. I have no back ups since they assured me I could store them there. Now they are I guess gone..which I received no notification on and now have lost many many photos. I also made an order before Christmas which they screwed up badly and ended up charging me double..they include no phone numbers and wouldn't respond to my emails for weeks. When one lady finally did..Denise (can't remember last name) she stated it was not something they could resolve as they are not responsible for computer errors (even on their end) and still would not either refund my money or give me a phone number to call. I was ripped off my memembership charge and also an additional $50 for photos double billed..and some never received. I am curious to know if anyone knew this was going to happen (site shutting down) or if members got an email. I did not get one and like many others would have copied pictures elsewhere.
