This is my letter I received today from cdorders@photopoint.com
PhotoPoint and Pantellic are bankrupt and insolvent, and out of business. "This CD offer is being done by an independent third party" for the benefit of people who want copies of their photos. We have heard that some people have had luck getting their credit card companies to reverse the charges for their PhotoPoint memberships. You might give this a try.
