photopoint.com runs, must be dealt with. Federal authorities where are you?

Just a month ago I paid almost $50 to photopoint to store up to 1000 photos in their site. Nothing was mentioned by them about going under. Most of the photos I have in that site cannot be replaced, and when asked about that, photopoint assured me they have backup to replace lost photos in the event of a crash, etc. I found out yesterday that my brother has died, and the only photos I have of him are in photopoint as well.

This is a FEDERAL issue as it crosses state lines. These people have to be tracked down and this situation must be corrected. We have a right to have our money returned, but most importantly, we have a right to have our PHOTOS returned. I had no warning my photos were going to be removed, and no opportunity to order disks from them of my photos.

It is high time the Federal authorities stepped in and take proper action in this matter. You can't tell me with all the sophisticated equipment available in this century our government can't track down and prosecute the individuals responsible for this scam.
