Complaint Review: Photopoint

Thanks to photopoint, all of my auction photos are unavailable, and NONE of my auctions have bids, but I have had plenty of inquiries from people who would like to see them.

I unfortunately do not have them backed up. It will take me forever to redo the hundreds of pictures, and what a bad time to do it-right before Christmas.

Some of us make a living by our auctions, and can't afford the time and money this is costing us. Photopoint stinks-they could have given us a fair warning so that we could back up our photos-
I think their actions are extremely RUDE and I think they should be liable for damages-- and as paying customers, we deserve better!
