Complaint Review: Photopoint

We all have listed the same complaints and I have the same exact frustrations as well. The question is, what should we do about it?

Is anyone organizing a class action law suit?
We need to turn our anger into productive measures like getting our money back - but more importantly, getting our photo albums back.
