Complaint Review: Photopoint

I have used PhotoPoint for the last four years.
I have always believed in their integrity. Now I am beginning to have BIG doubts.

Unlike some of you I have received a confirmation email each time I sent a photo to them. They have always done exactly as promised to me...until now.

Please add me to any legal list you have. I have many, many photos there that are not replaceable.

I would at least like to have access to my photos if not a refund of my money.
