Photopoint rip off disappointed in your integrity

I too had Photopoint. And Although the cost was minimal. The time spent scanning, uploading and typing out the labels for mearly 500 pictures is all LOST. And I cannot recover the lables.. If they were going out of business they should have notified us. And offered us the option of purchasing Our Photos and Labels on a CD... Instead the way it all went down makes them look like they intentional misled their customers and the general public who trusted them with our personal photo albums... And although when contacted to help me deal with problems they were more than response and polite. I am adding the following. If the Photopoint management should somehow see this complaint. You should know I am disappointed in your integrity and your lack of concern for your customers. If I ever get a list of managers who operated PP then I will make sure,
I never do business with any company you work with or for...
