PhotoPoint Rip-Off - I've lost much more than money!

I had used PhotoPoint when they were a fre service, and liked it so well I gladly paid their charge for yearly fee when they startred charging. Even liked their tools better after they added several options for printing at home.

About one month ago I wrote to them when I had the BadTrans B virus strike my computer and ask "Can I store ALL my photos that are on my computer in my albims with you, as I need to erase my hard drive and reprogram ?"

I got a reply within 24 hours, telling me yes, they will safely remain there. I had many photos of lost loved ones that could not be replaced at all, and so proceeded to spend 7 hours transfering them all to PhotoPoint.

Now, ALL is gone, I am heart sick over being ripped liked this. They quickly charged my credit card when they changed over to a pay situation, now I have lost much more than monry.
