PAID FOR STORAGE OF PHOTOS, LOST 65 Ads! Had to cancel! All photos disappeared, No way to contact Photopoint, No replies, No Warnings, Lost all bids on ads, Couldn't get in to my photos to even email them. Time, Money and Photos completely gone. Every customer should stand together and file a Lawsuit! Pictures are not replaceable, All work, time spent and money paid for advertising totally down the drain. Let's make them pay for this!!

Just want to add on I just found that Pantellic took the Company back, but if they are handling the email for Photos@Photopoint.com, they are not responding to customers complaints and IS THERE ANY WAY WE CAN RETRIEVE OUR PHOTOS AND I HAD ABOUT 12 ALBUMS OF PHOTOS STORED ON THERE, so we can at least store them with a Dependable Customer Relations Server. This has to be the worst communication breakdown I ever seen. This is the 2nd time something like this happened. When changes are made, CUSTOMERS SHOULD COME FIRST!! I'd like some kind of response, some kind of help, some kind of answer!!
