Photopoint Ripped Me Off Twice...I cannot use my Pictures! They are not so user friendly
Does anyone know what is going on? I have been trying for days to use photopoint and cannot get on. I haven't gotten an email or any type of explanation from them. I have been using them for years. When they became a pay service I signed up immediately because they are so user friendly. I don't feel like they are very friendly anymore. The emails I got when it went down last time assured the customers this would not happen again????Here I am again! No picture service and time and energy wasted! Who do I need to contact at photopoint to complain?
