Photopoint ripped off again
I am one of thousands caught out by photopoint. I kept hundreds of photos on their site making it easy for friends and rellies overseas to keep up with us.
However i always kept copies on my hard drive and also on a rewritable cd.
This experience is just one more in a long line of lessons to keep back ups of every thing you hold dear.
With the bushfires raging in another state in our country i have now decided that i need another copy of my photos stored in another place.
shame on photopoint closing down without notification. I have friends with angelfire who shut down on them at one stage but gave plenty of warnings. Those friends transferred to photopoint and have now lost all.
