PhotoVideo Network Terrible customer service, rude staff, unwilling to work with client on scheduling an appt Fairfield New Jersey
Do not use these people. They have made me regret ever getting a wedding video. The sales rep came to my house in Staten Island and would not leave until the contract was signed. He never mentioned that I had to come in to the office in New Jersey to edit the video and failed to mention the office hours are M-F, 11:00 - 5:00. When I called to make the appt with the office, I spoke with Tom (my acct manager?) who was rude and unhelpful. I explained that his schedule was not conducive to my schedule and that I would like to work with someone else. He said those were the hours and he was the person assigned to the account. He said I didn't have a choice in the acct manager and I have to come in to edit the video. What am I paying them for if I have to edit my own video? He also asked why I couldn't take the day off to come in to edit the video. I finally made an appt (3 months after my wedding was the first available late afternoon appt so I have to leave work early to get there) and then found out I had a conflict. When I called to reschedule he said the next available appt was about 2 months from the day we spoke. Do not use these people. This is supposed to be a memorable experience and they have caused my nothing but grief. If I didn't already pay them, I would tell them to keep the video.
