PhysicalAddress.com Charge to Forward Mail and never Forward Laguna Beach California

PhysicalAddress.com is a mailbox service which includes mail forwarding. I signed up for service to maintain a California address and to have my mail forwarded to Mexico while I am visiting Mexico. When I signed up for the service, I asked that my mail be forwarded by using either FedEx or DHL. I was told by customer service rep that they could. I requested my bank card be forwarded to me on December 13, 2022. PhysicalAddress.com is the sole owner and operator of their businesses. When I receive mail I wish to have forwarded, I am given options to have the mail sent to me. Although I specifically requested all my mail be sent to me via DHL or FedEx, Physical Address sent my mail to Mexico via US Postal service. When prompted to select how I wish my mail to be forwarded, PhysicalAddress simply request if I wish to have my mail forwarded in 6 to 16 days; or up to a 100 days but offer no explicit service. I have telephoned Physical Address for assistance but they simply avoid responsibility. They tell you they are sending your mail via a more expensive manner, then simply pocket the money they charged to my debit card and subsequently dump my mail in US Postal service mail. When called, they are nasty and refuse to accept any responsibility for my mail lost. This is a fraudulently operated company
