Complaint Review: Physician Weight Loss

I went to this physician weight loss center located in orange park florida. I signed up for the program but was soon overwhelmed with all the extra, food and supplement that I was required to purchase from the program in addition to what I already paid. So I cancelled the next day, I know if you cancel within 3 days of signing a contract you are entitled to you program fee minus the $50 non- refundable fee, I had paid a total of 609.00 for a total of 40wks and 5 B-12 shots, which they did not tell was non-refundable.

I went in to get my money back, they refunded me $481, so when I asked them for the rest of my money they told me they could not refund me for the B-12 shots as it is non-refundable and that I had already received one shot, I could not believe it, I said I am sorry but I never received any shot, they claimed that it was documented in my chart that I received a shot, I said why would I lie about receiving a shot, the nurse who claimed that she gave me the shot remain quiet the whole time I was having this confrontation with the office manager.

I just feel if you cannot trust these people, if they can doctor your records to cover up their mistakes, how can you trust them with the care of your health. I know for a fact that they fraudently added that I received the shot, so buyer beware, you may get charged for shots your never received.
