Physicians Healthcare Development ripped off and scammed Burbank California
They sold a $700.00 software disc, and then when it didn't work. I tried calling all of the numbers they suppiled, and none of them were working numbers. I'm out of $700.00, and there's no way for me to talk to anyone to get my money back.
