Complaint Review: Piazza Italia

Piazza Italia I placed an order online in jan of 08. I never recieved my item. I contacted them two months later and they said it was not sent to them yet but it would be mailed to me when it was. A month later I had heard nothing. I began to email and call them every week without any response. They still have not refunded my money (250.00), sent my item or even contacted me reguarding this issue. Montclair New jersey

I ordered a dolce and gabbana dog chain on the 17th of jan 2008 from Piazza Italia's website. I had not recieved my item within two months so I contacted them by email and telephone. They responded by saying that they had not recieved the item yet, so that is why it had not been shipped to me. I did not hear from them for another month and began to email and call, without response. I spent $250.00 on this purchase which was removed from my bank of america checking account in jan. The company did not return calls or emails. I have been continuing to call and email on a weekly basis without response. I lost my money and never recieved my item. I have suggested that they refund my money and no response was made. I continue to contact them without a reply. I even emailed them to let them know that I am reporting them to the burea of bad business.
