Complaint Review: Pic and pay auto

 On January 13th 2017 I purchased a vehicle from pic and pay it's a used car dealership in Waldorf Maryland one of those buy here pay here with customers that don't have a lot of credit but are willing to take money down to get you in a vehicle. Anyways I just purchased this vehicle and there's been nothing but problems with it since I bought it. First the truck was making noises.I informed the dealership about the problem the first time and they said it was a normal sound and it was because the vehicle was 16 years old. It was continuously having issues so I took the vehicle to the dealership and had the owner Jesse Green test drive the vehicle. At this point he said that he didn't see if the feeling issues with the truck and sent me on the way. I decided to take it to two different mechanics. It needs a new brand new clutch switch cost over $700 in repair it has a major exhaust leak which would have never passed inspection to begin with.

By this time I was Furious. I did some more digging and found that this vehicle has an active open recall on it which would have been a fire hazard. As you know the dealership refused to fix the problem and made it my problem and also told me that they would not put me in a different vehicle they would have to void out this contract and I'll have to start all over with a brand-new d down payment. It has not even been 30 days what really bothers me with all this is the simple fact that I was told I did not have a warranty on the vehicle but the last vehicle that I bought from them came with a 30-day minimum warranty. Apparently they sold to me as if. I also believe that they are paying these inspectors to pass the vehicles and now I may have proof. With all this being said today is February 10th 2017 I was in the emergency room this morning when I got home an hour later they repoed my vehicle wrongfully meaning illegally all my stuff is in the vehicle including very important documents for a personal injury suit against an uninsured motorist for an accident that happened a month ago in the vehicle. They threatened to not give me my stuff back in till I gave their key back to the truck. After they took my truck I had my roommate take me to the courthouse to file a civil suit against them. this is my only form of transportation I was supposed to go to physical therapy 3 days a week and I'm about to lose my job because of all this nonsense and wrongful doing towards a customer that's been very good to this dealership.

I'm living in appalled by this situation and I'm asking for the Medias help legal help or any help that can be giving about the situation I know I have a case I even have parts from my jeep that I bought from them because it was should have never passed inspection that's Gotta Give me something here
