Looking for a cheap weekly room I was "baited" to the pickwick hotel by an ad in the newspaper that had rooms starting at $159.00 per week. Upon my arrival I was informed that there were no more of those rooms available at the moment, so I took a room that totals $197.00 Per week.

After being blown off about the advertised room for a couple of weeks, I asked the night desk guy about it and he told me that there were no rooms for rent at that price.

The phone system here is a complete joke as well, with 50 cent charges on all LOCAL and TOLL FREE CALLS. I wasnt even informed of this outrageous charging practice when I checked in.

Numerous overcharges as well with the telephone billing, in fact even though I keep being overbilled on two particular numbers I use often. the staff is still confused every time I attempt to have the mistake adjusted, and then when they adjust the bill nobody fixes the initial problem that keeps charging me extra.

My Room was barely hospitable only after I cleaned up all the dirt and stains that were running down the gaping area of peeled ,chipping paint on my wall.Bring some roach spray as well, god knows the maid doesnt, I've only seen her three times in the 4 weeks ive been here. No satisfaction here whatsoever. Absolutely no customer service.
