I was told that The International Library of Photography wanted to publish my photograph in a book. They offered to sell me the book at a discounted price. I thought great, "a book with my picture, ok!". They charged my credit card $120NZ, pretty steep! 7 months later, still no book but my photo is on their website. I click on purchase book and "Sorry, but our Selection Committee has not yet accepted this photograph for publication in our hardbound anthology series". I want my money back but no email on the site. "contact Us" button takes to entry by mail.
