PIEDMONT GAS

Here we go again.

Now, for your otherwise terrible services:
Since Aug. 18'2012, as promoted by you, induced by you, and apparently mishandled by you, I contracted your so called insurance for Gas Heater, Home heating and gas fireplace.

And now that as I need your services for the gas water heater, I have not been able to be either recognized, acknowledged and or serviced by the Home Service people. Incidentally I was promised on Aug. 18, Aug. 22, Aug. 23, etc, that paperwork, retroactive would be coming to me. Nothing, as of yet.

I am copying this to my attorney.

I am also sending this to RipOff.com as for other customers to know of your incredibly incompetent and at the end fraudulent procedures. The only thing worse than not having an insurance is thinking that one has one, which is not true thanks to incompetent mismanagement. Or is it that an insurance is only to be hired and not claimed from? The internet is loaded with such examples.

I make you responsible for any explosions or damage to property and or human life.
