I showed up to my Restaurant around and the cooks ask me to light the fryer. I then noticed no gas. I called piedmont and told them I was never notified of this and that we were a Restaurant and had people counting on there money and we could not operate without cooking Gas.

The minimum wage customer service agent told me that it would be re connected tomorrow asked for a supervisor 25 minutes later the snotty disgruntled agent picked up it sounded like she had been railed all day by other pissed off customers. I tried to explain the situation in a professional manner she told me whether you are residential or a restaurant that it didn't matter we all were treated the same way. My Past due was 160.00 so I paid it and a 85.00 reconnection fee plus the current balance and we tried to operate on a turkey Fryer it was very unsafe and slow but the show must go on we are an entertainment Venue.    

If youre in the Market for a new Stove or Hot Water Heater in the Piedmont Gas area make sure you buy electric so you don't have to deal with these Jerks.
