Complaint Review: Piedringnecks Aviary Pacific Image International

July 2005 I ordered 2 exotic Birds one at $1500 and the other at $1200. I sent a good faith deposit of $1700. I found it necessary to cancell one Bird, the one for $1500. Shippment of the $1200 Bird was to be on or around 15 Oct 2005.

No Bird arrived and the seller refused to take my calls. 3 weeks later I received a partial refund on my deposit $850. We tried to file charges against the Aviary owner Jaynee Salen but she told the judge she only delt with California so Idaho granted her a change of venu to California. I have repetedly tried to contact this lady by email as well as snali mail and Phone calls.

I never get any response. I believe she owes me either the rest of my deposit or the Bird I paid for.
