I placed an ad on a site looking for help to do internet advertising.
Nowal Pierson of Pierson5webdesign called first and convinced me (I really failed to do my homework and just jumped the gun in going with him). First he charged me $250 to do a face book advertisement. He completed the job which took a lot longer than promised. Then I stupidly went to the next level of running an ad. He charged me $495 and did NOTHING. I tried to work with him, but he just made one false promise after another and then simply ignored me.
