The site does not work. I have never been able to talk to my friend in prison, besides he never received my letters ???
When calling 1-800-323-9895, it's LONG-LONG ... and the staff is unprofessional, to see dishonest too.
They abuse the automatic credit card renewal, and the refund is almost impossible. Abuse of the sadness of people in prison is NOT PERMISSIBLE.

Usually, letters are shipped within 24 hrs and in most cases are shipped the same day. However, we will need to locate your account so we can look into the order that is in question. Please send us an email at support@pigeon.ly and we would be happy to help.
