I purchased 5 Semi-private Reformer Pilates classes on Amazon.com It was a special. When I called to try and schedule classes, Dayna, told me that it was not semi-private but 5 to a class. She said they made a mistake. She would not honor the semi-private class. Then when I tried to call her back - several times,
she NEVER returned my call, along with several e-mails that were sent. I feel that I got the "bait & switch" first of all regarding the semi-private lessons. Then NOT to return the phone calls or e-mails is just bad business and rude. Would never take a class there. The first time that I called and she actually answered, she said "hello" in a gruff and rude way. Wow, so disappointed! Warning: Do not use this flake.
