Complaint Review: Pimsleur Approach

I ordered the basic Italian course from this website:

Then I started getting advanced courses in the mail and billed $64 on my VISA card. I called VISA to challenge the bill refusing to pay it. I called Pimsleur, but no answer. Later VISA got a hold of them and Pimsleur tells me they cannot cancel my account because they now have my account in a collection agency. The total amount I was told I owe is over $400.

I was told I failed to see the fine print where they were going to send me the advance courses. I copied the link to see if you can find it.

I agree with others that this is a complete scam and we have to let all the consumers know.
