Pimsleur Approach bought their short course online and now are billing me Their gold course ! I don't want it - its expensive. Phlilidelphia, Pennsylvania
I purchased a short course from this cAAA ompany online for $18 and today I received their Gold Course CDs. It will cost me around $260 if I want to keep these. I don't want them. I "chatted" with one of their employees and was told I have to call them tomorrow. I am ready to return them, but I don't know if I can. I read the complaints of othe r people who have a similar experience. Can I send them back with a ROA or just send it back at my expense?
