They falsely advertise this special deal of $9.95 for learning CD's of your choice and offer a free 30-day trial period. Instead of receiving the CD's that you actually order, they send you a nice package of their GOLD series CD's. In addition to $9.95, they start billing your credit card or sucking money from your bank account! You will notice all the transactions and, when you call them to cancel, they will say "oh, too late" or they'll keep you on hold until you finally hang up. Once they get your money and personal account info, they won't deal with you. Even if you do return the CD's within the trial period, they'll continue to bill you.
Hey, Consumer Ken, I notice you're responding to all complaints saying that it's our fault for not reading the print. BOLOGNE! Of course, I find it hard to believe that you're not one of them.
Please don't deal with this company. If you're already a victim, dispute the charges with your bank or credit card company. Also, file a complaint with BBB of PA.
