My experience was similar to others. I Purchased a $10 program from pimsleur thinking I would try their program and see what I could learn... after all it was only $10! This was the hook... They soon sent me a much larger program that I didn't order. I did not open it. I recently found out they had charged my credit card $64 without my authorisation! Not only that but they had tried to charge an additional $64 afterward! I was outraged. I hadn't ordered the larger program program to begin with and certainly hadn't authorized the $64 payment they have collected or the other two payments they were attempting to collect. I offered to return their product, the larger program that I hadn't ordered in the unopened box. To date they are attempting to settle by me paying an additional $150 even if I return their unopened larger program. This would mean I will have paid $224 for their $10 CD! ($10 initially + $64 that they were able to take out without my authorisation, and an additional $150 that they want in order to settle. I am certainly not even considering such a thing.
