Here's the small print:
Your purchase of the Quick & Simple language course today also includes entry into the Pimsleur Rapid Fluency Purchase Program.

So they autoship more "courses" to you every thirty days each costing $256. And there are four course you you are committing $1024 in CD you will never use.  Then shipping back is a total pain, I tried refusing a shipment, and it came back because of no RMA, a RMA only lasts 10 days fo the will drang this out as long as possible to let the 30 days expire so you now own the full course.  

Calling the 800 number for "customer service" but has someone going to into script mode where you cannot get any help, "Sorry it been more than 30 days and we can bill you the other 3 payments for the course."  "You need to ensure rapid shipping because an RMA only last 10 days." 

Their entire business model is to sucker you in with the cheap price then make in near impossible to cancel while making it seem that you have protection.  DO NOT BUY from this company, even if the product was OK, $256 for the course is highway robbery.  Bad company, bad product, no customer service.
