Pimsleur Approach Sent CD's that I did not order. This is a scam. After ordering a trial cd for 9.95 I was sent a series of CD's that I did not authorize nor want. Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I signed up for a 9.95 offer for a Spanish CD from Pimsleur approach. I paid for that and was sent without my consent a set of CD"S with a bill for 256.00. I did not order this extra set nor got any notification that it was coming to me.
i feel that this is unfair and a scam to the consumer. Nowhere in the trial offer was I notified that I would be charged 256.00 or a warning that upon the trial offer that more CD's would be sent to me. Now I'm stuck with an unpaid 256.00, with unwanted / unauthorized CDs that I have not even opened.
I called Pimsleur AR and was told there is nothing I can do. How can I get this resolved? I will be happy to return the CD's in the unopened box if I can get confirmation that my CC will be credited for the 256.00. I have warned my friends to beware of this unscrupulous company, Never never accept their offers!

Colorado,There is NO Ripoff here, only YOUR failure to read/comprehend the Terms & Conditions...guess you somehow missed this...it's not even in fine print and you certify you agree to it.
