Being retired, I am always looking for ways to keep my mind active. One day while browsing on the internet an ad popped up for a language CD for $9.95. I decided to try something new so I ordered a CD for Modern Hebrew as I have some friends who speak it. A good deal.

Surprise, while away visiting family a package arrived at my home, I was told a package had been delivered and was surprised to find out that it contained more CDs from Pimsleur. I just checked my credit card and they billed me $64 dollars for something I did not order.

This company and the way they do business should be taken to task. It is disgusting. I am going to start an internet campaign to warn the world about doing business with them. Now I have to cancel my credit card so as not to get further burned.

When I saw the credit card charge from Stroll I did not know where it originated and cancelled my credit card. I tried to find someone to email / call to discuss this to no avail. A while later I was contacted by someone from Stroll to inquire about non-payment. I explained my mistake in interpreting their sales pitch and the fact that I had been away when the follow-up package arrived. To my surprise, they said that I could send it back and they would refund the initial charge. They even sent me a cover address label to make sure it got back to the correct place and it included the postage cost. Everything went smoothly and I am quite pleased with the results.

Thank you, Stroll, for setting this right in a timely and professional manner.

I now feel somewhat abashed about the original complaint and the amount of vehemence. I hope others will find them as easy to deal with.
