It sounded too good! Buying a Spanish language course for $139.90 and getting $100 as refund when shipped back. The truth is that Elite Commerce, Inc. is not doing what they promised. I even asked the Better Business Bureau (BBB) - advertised on their site - to solve the issue, but no response from Pimsleur Marketplace.
After reading the return form, I got a bad feeling about all the requirements to fulfill, but had no time to sell it on ebay, so I did not listen to my gut feeling. True enough, nothing has happened. No return, no response, nade -nilch - nothing.
Stay away from this company or if you choose to buy a language course, do not send it back, but sell it on ebay.
