Complaint Review: Pimsleur Marketplace

Pimsleur Marketplace Elite Commerce Order promised in 3-5 days but hasn't come two weeks later: Company won't answer phone or emails Internet

 On Jan. 7, 2014 ( 2 weeks ago) I ordered 2 Pimsleur language courses form Pimsleurmarketplace online. I have a receipt for this and the company promised I'd receive then in 3-5 working days . When theydidn't come after 7 working days I called the company's number --I've also called every day since then at a great number of times and they never answer: A message simply says , after first promising to help if we wait on the line, that they cannot answer the phone right now because "their products and prices are so great and they are so busy." As prompted I left messages again and again. They never answer the phone, nor do they respond to email messages.

   No decent company behaves in this way. Something is terribly, terribly wrong here: Let the public beware.

   

   I notice that the company has been the subject of several rip-off reports and controversy in the past. Those matters may have been resolved , and seemed a little less clear , but this is really beyond the pale. How can they never respond, claiming on a recoridng that they're so""ïn demand"that they're too  busy to respond? Sadly , at this point this has every appearance of being in extremely bad faith ;  that is , a "rip-off". I'm hoping maybe this will get their attention and that the embarassment will move them to respond, while otherwise they will not do so , but I'm losing hope more every day.
